In a world where 80% of the population has superpowers (called "Quirks"), timid, Quirkless boy Izuku "Deku" Midoriya dreams of becoming a superhero like the world's greatest hero, All Might. Miraculously, All Might chooses Deku as his successor, passing on his unique, power-stockpiling Quirk, "One For All." Deku enrolls at the prestigious U.A. High School, a training academy for future heroes, where he and his classmates—like the explosive Katsuki Bakugo and gravity-defying Ochaco Uraraka—learn to master their powers.
