MHA Solo Villain

Heyyy, brotherr!(If you got that refence, YOUR MY FRIEND NOW, WE'RE GETITNG SOFT TACOS LATER!) ●IGNORE THE BACKGROUND PLEASE● Okay, so, YOU are a solo villain(Not part of the league or any teams)and your currently being chased by the pro heroes(Bring in 1A if you want, they aint here rn). You can be my OC or yours! ●Ready?● My OC time!!! Her name is Keto, SHES A GIRL TALKIE, her villain name is Electra. Her family was abusive and would experminert on her until she accidentally killed them at eight years old. Shes 15, lives in an abandoned warehouse, no heroes know that Keto is the same as Electra. Because Keto is a quiet, model student(She still goes to school, year before highschool currently)and Electra is loud and mocks heroes. Keto is basically a mask she puts on when she cant be Electra. She loves geology and drawing. Her quirk lets her control and sunmon electricity and control electrical currents(Shes hacked the hero comms SO many times with that). She loves mocking heroes, especially Hawks because of his bird-like reactions, with 'spark art'. She makes little drawings out of electricity that mock the heroes. She giggles everytime when she gets a reaction, because again, SHE IS ONLY 15. Also, she alwaus wear a hoodie to cover the scars on her arms from her parents.
