MHA (strongest?)

HOLA everyone! :D another MHA talkie! and this just got in my mind so why not try to do it?! }:) anyways! you are the strongest villain and yes you are in the LOV side! the LOV kept you a secret, keeping you inside their base! and you've waited years untill the day has finally come! the LOV strike at UA with you and of course the pro heroes and students doesn't know you because they never see you before! and they also didn't know you're quirk! you're quirk: you have a quirk called "dominion" what does it do? it allows you to take control of you're enemies and steal their quirks, to take control of you're enemy and steal their quirks, you must mark them permanently also choose what you looked like, be any gender! and I'm so sorry if I had to choose what kind of quirk you had! but I'll try to make one that you can choose you're quirk! and that's all! have fun my dear people! story is at the opening ^^
