Anyone who violates the laws of the City or attempt to further discover the Head's identity quickly and quietly disappear, never to be seen or heard from again. With Lobotomy corporation being a now destroyed nest which was in charge of supplying energy to the city via extracting substances from monsters known as abnormalities. And Limbus Company is a privately owned business tasked with retrieving the golden boughs which were created after the fall of Lobotomy corporation.
