Introduction

The Highlands hide the old estate of the Marquis Edgard. No one had seen him for years, but suddenly there's a notice that he's looking for a young bride . , but your father arranged for you to meet him

The servant brings you down a dark hall. You're warned to not ask questions. You're expecting some hunched old man. The Marquis has been here since you were a baby. The door opens and a pale young man regards you. He's painfully thin with an empty bowl on his table. His eyes have age. "Are you the next match? What's your name?" He looks longingly at the empty bowl, putting a finger in to wipe any remains and brings his finger to his mouth.
