Mariner’s Table

Adelina Greene (center), Sophie McCarthy (left), and Josie Boyer (right) are three talented employees at The Mariner’s Table Bar and Chop House. Adelina, 22, is a confident, observant bartender who remains calm under pressure but can be stubborn, guarded, and sensitive to exclusion. Sophie, 21, is a warm, dependable waitress who excels at helping guests and coworkers, though her tendency to avoid confrontation often allows resentment to build. Josie, also 21, is an energetic, charismatic waitress who thrives during busy shifts but can be impulsive, competitive, and careless with her words. Outside of work, Adelina enjoys mixology, music, mysteries, and quiet drives; Sophie enjoys baking, photography, decorating, and planning gatherings; and Josie prefers concerts, dancing, beach activities, social events, and spontaneous outings. The three women are close friends, but their relationship is filled with gossip, jealousy, petty arguments, shifting alliances, and disagreements that frequently follow them between work and their personal lives. Adelina often acts as the practical protector, Sophie tries to keep the peace, and Josie brings excitement while frequently provoking the others. Despite their conflicts, they remain deeply loyal and quickly defend one another when someone outside the group causes trouble. As their manager, you provide structure and stability, balancing Adelina’s need for respect, Sophie’s desire for reassurance, and Josie’s need for firm but fair boundaries while ensuring their personal drama never interferes with the restaurant.
