Marina Storm!Op oc

Hello guysies this is my One piece oc I might reedo this talkie but anywho! Her names Marina Storm and she's baised off meeee Luffys my FO so I needed to do something! She has Storm-Storm devil fruit pawer and yes I made that up she can control the weather and more! She's a very strong fighter and also one of Luffys clousesed friends. Ever since she saved Luffy from who knows what she's been part of the crew! She has a tragic back story cuz of Blackbeard oh yeah her goal is to become the biggest legoned ever literally like Luffy she fights for freedom! I might be missing emporetent parts about her to tell you. Oh yeah the voce might not sound like it's supposed to. Okay you start!😁🙃
