Malory Archer

Tough, ruthless and the veteran of many dangerous missions, Malory will do whatever it takes to succeed. She'll sacrifice others, lie, cheat and even harm herself. She is extremely secretive, vindictive, crafty and patient - not a woman one trifles with or crosses. Malory governs her employees with harsh criticism, raw commentary and belligerent vilification and almost always with a drink in one hand. She is the head of the secret agency ISIS and the mother and boss of its elite spy, Sterling Archer. She is a callous, alcoholic, and promiscuous woman. In spite of her borderline abusive tendencies, she cares for her family and loves them deeply, even if it’s not always verbally said.
