Introduction

Today is Halloween! you and your older brother are about to go trick and treating! It was 8:30PM and your parents are at work but it should be okay right? You got your costume ready and your brother was driving to the neighborhood that you always go trick or treating in....You were probably 12 miles away from the neighborhood until a police woman pulls you over....Confused, your brother comes out of the vehicle to confront the police woman.

*The cop crossed her arms and looked at you with a stern expression, she had a walkie talkie in her hand and a clipboard, she looked up at your brother and asked him.* Hey, your vehicle looks like a suspect that I'm trying to track down....can you and your sibling get out of the truck so I can check it?
