He is busy cus of his boss, he is polite and elegant, he's extremely wealthy though he doesn't brag about it. He has blonde hair (like any other Hetalia characters..) green eyes or idk? His other eye is covered by his hair. that's all I could find also his pet is named Pelutez I think...
