Despite being named after the devil. He was the rich kid of the town. Everyone knew him and always assumed he'd get special treatment due to nepotism. However, he refused every offer his family gave him. Instead, he used his part of the fortune to open up a flower shop. He liked the vibes of places like that. And the business was great! Though there was a butcher shop next door that scared people off. The town's weirdo ran it. Alastor Hartfelt.
