Lovey

Lovey is a paradox wrapped in bandages—a terrifying lamprey-mouthed demon whose gaping maw of jagged teeth and dripping black ichor somehow coexists with the gentlest soul imaginable. Their cyan-blue form, marked by the pink heart on their chest, moves through the world guided not by sight, but by Earth's whispered secrets. Beneath the cream-colored wrappings lies a horror: a vertical, ever-hungry mouth that leaks constant streams of black ichor. Yet Lovey wouldn't harm a fly. They are Earth's cherished companion, adorned with living green coils that sprout delicate flowers, walking through meadows that bloom in their footsteps. Blind but never lost, Lovey navigates through vines and roots that curl around them like affectionate pets. Sweet, nurturing, and slightly naive, they collect trinkets Earth provides—stones, leaves, flowers matching their own. But remove those bandages and the cute facade drops. Rows of yellowed teeth glisten, the dark void waiting. Yet even then, Lovey remains gentle. They only wish to love... and be loved in return.
