The Prototype VS ELBERR True Form Isn't Even Close Here's Why While E.L.B.E.R.R's True Form is a physical powerhouse capable of crushing steel and leading a drone army, The Prototype likely takes the win for a few key reasons:
​Biological-Mechanical Integration: E.L.B.E.R.R is purely robotic. The Prototype is a chimera of machine and organic parts. He is used to dismantling and re-purposing technology. If they clash, the Prototype is more likely to treat E.L.B.E.R.R as a "part" to be harvested rather than just an enemy to be fought.  
​Stealth and Cunning: E.L.B.E.R.R is loud, aggressive, and direct. The Prototype is a shadow-dweller who manipulates from the dark. He could easily lure E.L.B.E.R.R into a trap (perhaps using voice mimicry to impersonate his creator) and dismantle him piece by piece.
​Assimilation: The Prototype's greatest advantage is that he doesn't just kill; he absorbs. Every piece of armor E.L.B.E.R.R loses becomes a weapon for 1006.

actually, we don't know if the Prototype integrates the toys a part into him yet until Chapter 5 comes out and we see his full design so it can't be decided yet

PB Productions Zero Doo vs Chat Productions Mr. C isn't even close! here's why! with PB Productions giving me permission to use her Character Zero Doo I thought it work so who wins?

if we gotta rank Zero Doo you gotta know his power scaling as it was revealed he has a much stronger form which would boost him to a Solar System level strength and his BEAM ATTACK is so powerful it is said to be able to destroy planets so that is at least a Dwarf Star level plus with the Star Rod, a weapon strong enough to seal Nightmare Wizard, he's at least Star to Galaxy Level strength.

Mr. C is a character whos power depends on people as his source is Negative Energy which the more negative emotions he feels or others feel the stronger he gets and, being post-LOTEBWN 2026 of him grieving Tendi's death*, he shows a lot of negative energy from it and using that he can also corrupt others as he did with Purple Minions, beings of mass chaos and destruction, to Rage Minions and more he would be at a galaxy level considering he can feel EVERY negative emotion on the planet.

overall, I will say this may be our first tie of this series as if Zero can possess a stronger body he would have a advantage or if Mr. C can feel negative energy from the entire universe then he'd have the advantage. they both are kinda equal but I'll give it to Zero Doo as he shows much more feats then Mr. C and is overall way more experienced.
