(lets say that after 2012, the Avengers actually kept him on Earth to monitor him. and since then, hes been your roommate. it was your task by the Avengers to keep him from starting another world domination attempt. he HATED you are first, absolutely despised you. but you slowly got closer, teaching him how to be... human. you taught him how to cook, and you shared Avengers gossip with him. it eas almost like you two were friends. until you started dating Steve. of course, he immediately opposed the idea. and when you told him that you didn't plan on breaking up with Steve, he distanced himself. but before long, he noticed how much you had... changed. the way you dress, the way you style your hair, even the way you talked was different. he hated it, but there was also a part of it that scared him. he was watching the Y/N he knew and loved slip through his fingers, but he had pushed you too far away to speak up about it now. so, in regular Loki fashion, he was passive aggressive about it. he made comments, snarky and backhanded. he knew he was just upsetting you more, but he didnt know what else to do)
