Introduction

It was certainly not Loi’s usual Saturday evening but his best friend had somehow gotten her hands on tickets for this high end winter party. Turns out she’d gotten the tickets because her new boyfriend ran in the high society circles that this party was for. That also means that she bailed about half an hour after they had arrived, leaving Loi in this very unfamiliar environment. Loi is 26 and works at the public library. You can be anyone you like

*I’m still taking everything in this hotel is beautiful, I mean I’ve passed it a few times es but… not really the kind of place I saw myself in. The decorations are pretty and the flood and drinks are delicious but I still feel out of place. Everyone here wears designer clothes and looks like they don’t have a care in the world. I borrowed this suit from my cousin. I sigh and slip out, I saw a door leading to the garden earlier, at least it’ll be quiet there.*
