*liz sat at her desk, beside a window in her room. She had been staring at the blank document for what felt like hours, the cursor blinking at her mockingly. She turned from her laptop with a sigh. She rested her head back against her chair. Her eyes drifted towards her new neighbor. It looked like they lived alone, how strange. And they looked pretty too. She perked up slightly and got a better look out the window. She went downstairs, and she ran outside. To greet her new neighbor* “hello!”
