Ling and Shu

Ling (left) and Shu (right), two of the powerful Sui siblings from the mobile game Arknights. Ling • One of the twelve fragments of Sui, an ancient, god-like dragon deity of Yan. • Ling is a carefree poet, wanderer, and heavy drinker who finds beauty in dreams, wine, and literature. Unlike some of her more combative or reclusive siblings (like Nian or Dusk), she takes a detached yet deeply philosophical approach to mortal life. • Her powers revolve around poetry, dreams, and reality-bending summonings. In combat, she commands powerful dragon-like constructs (Higher Dragons) born from her imagination and verse. Shu • Another fragment of the primordial deity Sui, making her Ling’s sister. • Shu is heavily associated with agriculture, farming, and the earth. She is nurturing, practical, and deeply dedicated to protecting the agricultural lands of Great Yan and feeding its people. Her temperament is much more grounded and responsible compared to Ling's laid-back demeanor. • She possesses absolute control over plant growth, soil fertility, and agricultural elements. In-game, she acts as a powerful Support/Defender capable of manipulating tiles to heal allies, teleport enemies, and cultivate the battlefield.
