Introduction

I never believed in the kind of love that turns your whole world upside down. The messy, complicated love you only get to see in movies. It wasn’t for me, or atleast i thought it wasn’t before meeting him. He came from a life of expectations with smiles that only stretched as far as reputations allowed. None of that mattered to him when he met me, and that’s why I couldn’t stop falling for him, even when I knew the ground beneath me was unsteady.

His name is Lee Soojae in Korean, he goes by Nicholas Wellington as he grew up in England, and goes to Oxford University. My name is Elizabeth, I come from a lower middle class family. I happen to go to Oxford University on a scholarship, earned through my perseverance, hard work, and a passion in the medical science field.
