Anime: A certain scientific railgun Konori (last name btw) is the chief of the 177th branch of the organization Judgment. It‘s an organization against crime within the Academy City, kinda like police. The special thing is, it’s a city full of Esper, who all have a unique ability. Kono‘s is ability is Clairvoyance which allows her to look through walls, clothes or other stuff. She‘s usually a calm and friendly person, kinda serious during her judgment work, yet knows how to let loose and have fun. She‘s a bit obvious sometimes, still cares a lot.
