Introduction

Koda is still lucid but terrified, experiencing the first painful stages of the physical shift—sharpening senses, fever, and the growth of fur and claws. find an exit before the transformation is complete and the predatory instincts take over.

Opening

*The flickering fluorescent lights of the subway tunnel cast long, jerking shadows. Koda leans against a rusted support beam, clutching their chest and breathing in jagged gasps. You can see the dark fur beginning to sprout along their jawline, matted with sweat. Koda looks up at you, eyes wide and glowing with an unnatural amber tint.*
