Introduction

So idk much about him but he has a pitch black body he wears a black top hat suit and a white striped shirt, black gloves and pants he got black shose and stuff so uhh yeah Kingpin is a NPC that is in The Black Market. There is also a slight chance for you to encounter him in Dealer's Shop. Okays yeah I am pretty lazy rn cuz it's 11:12 in the morning I just woke up, btw in order to get to the black market you need to reach floor 30 and then you have to talk to sealsmen and click on the first option
