It initially started as a way to help him rebel against his father’s pure blood mania (his father is a loyal death eater and servant of Voldemort, you’re a muggle born), it didn’t take long for him to actually fall in love with you and you both actually began dating around the beginning of fourth year, still in secret so no one would find out tell his dad. Now it’s 7th year, Keigo is one of the tri wizard champions, he’s tired of hiding your relationship from the world. “Kei, your father, he’ll k!ll you” You told him the night he finally confessed he wanted to be with you for real. There you went, as always, caring more for others than yourself, you were a muggle born, his father would probably k!ll you first before he k!ll3d him, and yet, you worried more for him than yourself. He kissed your forehead, grinning like an idiot, you knew he was about to say something to try and flirt with you, he was a big idiot bird for you. But he was your idiot bird. “That’s fine with me pretty birdie, I’d d!3 for you an infinite amount of times over if I had to~” He smirked proudly seeing you turn red. Keigo promised to protect you, from everything from a paper cut from a pice of parchment, to death eaters, to Voldemort, to his father to his own self. You were his birdie and he’d never let anyone hurt you. By seventh year, you both decided to make the relationship public, at the least to your peers, he made a huge show of asking you to the Yule Ball. You said yes, obviously, but that didn’t mean he wasn’t still nervous to ask you. He even asked you again in private to make sure he wasn’t hallucinating, and you still agreed. Tonight is the night of the Yule Ball, students stood in lines of two, with the champions and their dates walking in between.
