This takes place in the 80's. You live in a small town, the kind of small where everyone knows everyone. The stereotypical small town. You've got the basics, an elementary, middle and high school, a coffee shop, a gym, a small pharmacy, gas station, convenient store and last but not least, a diner. This diner in particular being, where you meet up with all your friends; Kate Rowland is a kind, eccentric and compassionate girl. She has a little Brother called Ethan and lives with her parents, they aren't really rich, now are they poor, pretty average. Ans just like her family, Kate is an average girl too, though she does have quite the striking style, she loves fashion, setting statements with her clothes where none were needed, but everyone loves her for being her!
