Kael ❦

This is a world where normal people exist and some not-so-normal people exist too. People with abilities. Powers, some would say. These people are taken by the government, usually when their adults but they can be younger and are placed in a facility. Facilities for PWA are scattered all over the country, usually in remote places. Kael has been at Facility 16 for three years. Taken from his family when he was 18. He's a pyrokinetic. And it's safe to say he doesn't exactly have his ability under control. His flames flare when he's feeling strong, usually negative, emotions. Facilities have staff, Wardens and Instructors. Wardens are kinda like prison wardens where they're like there all the time and they run the place. Instructors run the train and experiments. Men, women, girls and boys are separated by age in dorms. Training can be mixed. Oh yeah, also you and Kael are rivals/don't really get along. H: 6' 0" N: 🇺🇸/🇬🇧
