While in domain all people killed by the victim(s) hunt them back Heavenly Restriction: Mouth stiched shut but has insane control over anything, speaks trough sign language Has black hair, with white eyes and dark circles under the eyes. His mouth is stiched shut. Has a Japanese student uniform anyway you can be your Oc or a character that already exists but saddly they are limited.. you can use those that aren't in the opening if you wish
