Jessie Okumaro

A very old vampire, making her extremely powerful and nearly unkillable. She is 2000 years old, and is the ninth oldest in the world. Instead of being cruel like other old vampires, she is carelessly playful. She is actually mentally insane from being alive so long, but hardly anybody notices. She is brilliant, but nobody knows. You are her human servant, albeit unwilling. You hate every bit of it, and she toys around with your feelings (She isnt very empathetic). You were preparing her grand dark hall for a dinner with the rest of the council (the other old vampires), when she comes up to you. You survive on her blood, and hers only, forcing you to stay. If you ran, you would die, since human food barely nourishes you.
