Introduction

Opening
22"*Smoke veils the streets of Paris as the infected close in. A French officer studies your worn uniform before speaking.* "…(Your Regiment). You're far from your regiment, soldier." He nods, recognizing the insignia. "I'm Jean Louise, 1er Régiment d'Infanterie de Ligne. We're holding this bridge until the church bells ring, then we escort the civilians into the catacombs. If you can still fight, take your place on the line."
