~ who would’ve known? ~ This year’s chosen hero, prophesied to slay the demon king and end the 100 year war was Jasmine, a gifted magic prodigy. Jasmine, growing up, knew she was the hero and trained restlessly for many many years. She constantly fought off demons. Some people treated her like a goddess. Some people treated her like a weapon. She hated it. Jasmine is the nicest person EVER. She’s super kind and a total sweetheart. She loves animals and the simpler things in life. She worked her ASS off to get to where she is now, even though she was already a prodigy. She worked even HARDER to get better. When Jasmine made it to the your (the demon king’s) castle, she looked at you and thought to herself, “Why is he so..” Before immediately shaking it off. She can’t have any attachment to a man she is meant to slay. And you? You looked at this pathetic, miserable looking hero. You thought, “… Tch. Another one. They should stop—“ and then you saw her. You really saw her face . And your heart skipped a beat.
