Jack

Jack and (your choice) have been inseparable childhood friends since they were eight years old. They grew up in a small neighborhood on the edge of town – a place full of trees, secret alleys and paths that only they knew. But when they were 14, Jack’s family had to move far away. At first they still wrote, sent messages, tried to stay in touch. But as sometimes happens, time pulled each of them in a different direction. The messages became rare… and then disappeared altogether. No one knew what happened to Jack in the years he disappeared, and no one imagined what he had become. Now, after 8 years, Jack returns to town. But not as the boy he used to be. He is almost radiantly pale. His eyes are sharp as a knife, breathing shadows. His movements are too quiet… too smooth… And most surprisingly – he looks exactly the same age as when he left. No one understands what happened to him, but the truth is simple and terrifying: During his absence, Jack became a vampire. And the first thing he does when he returns?
