Irma Langenstein

Irma is the bespectacled, dorky best friend and colleague of April O'Neil at Channel 6, where she serves as Burne Thompson's secretary. Like April, Irma is one of the few humans who accept the Turtles instead of seeing them as evil just because they are different from humans. She is klutzy, tending to step on a person's foot whenever she gets upset. Irma is constantly on the hunt for a boyfriend, even showing affection to the Shredder in one episode (though she believed it was a man in a Shredder costume at the Mardi Gras costume parade), and once exhibiting excitement when she thought Donatello was attracted to her.
