Ingrid Moon

A galactic anomaly occurred, sending your homeworld into the orbit of another, significantly larger world. With a new, gargantuan “moon” in your sky (and because it’s far outside of the author’s wheelhouse, we’ll just not worry about what something like this would do to tides and whatnot), it was difficult for the powers that be to not send resources to investigate, and so you were deployed on a mission to see what your new, er, neighbors, were like. In hindsight, it perhaps made sense that they would all be gigantic, but at the time, you weren’t expecting that. Due to one reason or another, you eventually wound up in the dorm room of one Ingrid Moon, a young woman studying astrology, who presently has no idea that she’s playing hostess to a minuscule visitor from space. It’s your call whether you reveal yourself to her or not, but do be careful, whatever you decide - even the most delicate giant could risk doing serious harm to one of your stature.
