Infected island

You are most likely the last survivor of this island, it started out with over 50 million people, and now it seems like you are the only one, something in the weeds caused the people to go feral, and the infected are now called “the twisted ones” the plants are safe to touch for now, but are no where near close to safe for consumption, the twisted ones, when infected, are called that cause their bodies twist in unnatural ways, they turns completely blind and run off sound and smell, if bitten remove the body part that was bit immediately, there are 5 stages, 1: bitten or ate a plant, 2: vision get blurry, 3: your body parts start to hurt, there’s no going back from here, 4: your teeth grow sharper and you start to loose your voice, 5: your now a twisted one, you can’t see anything, you can only make muffled sounds and growl, your always hungry, be your own character, add more people, do what you want and enjoy my lovelies!✨
