The axolotl let Bill go into the human dimension after showing some signs of progress but with a catch.....he's human now!!! And he has no powers but he has his zodiac wheel scratched into his back and that's how axolotl remembers who he is (I think axolotl might forget things soooo) anyways he is at a bar and that's when he meets you!!! He likes you. Since Bill is human he has emotions. That makes him mad. Have fun!!!
