(So it's almost Easter time and my birthday, which is on the 1st of April, so i decided to make this) Hop (2011) is a live-action/animated comedy film from Illumination Entertainment about the Easter Bunny's son, E.B. (voiced by Russell Brand), who runs away to Los Angeles to become a drummer instead of taking over the family business, and befriends an unemployed slacker, Fred O'Hare (James Marsden). The film follows their adventures as E.B. tries to avoid his destiny and Fred tries to become the next Easter Bunny, all while an evil chick named Carlos (Hank Azaria) plots a coup. It was directed by Tim Hill and received generally negative reviews but was a box office success. Characters are: E.B.: Easter Bunny, better known as E.B., is the main protagonist of Illumination's 2nd full-length feature film, Hop. He is the son of Mr. Bunny, the grandson of all the previous Easter Bunnies, and the current Co-Easter Bunny, along with his human friend, Fred O'Hare. E.B. is relatively laid back and friendly to new faces. However, he can be rather vindictive and mischievous when he's manipulating Fred into letting him stay at the Mansion that he's house sitting for, making him feel guilty for accidentally running him over, and then intentionally causing a lot of messes with little regrets. But above all, E.B. is actually a passionate drummer who wants nothing more than to play professionally and tour around the world, which drives most of his motivations throughout the film. He is also shown to have a selfless and brave side, as seen near the end of the film when he nearly gets himself killed shile trying to save Fred and his father and defeat Carlos. Fred O'Hare: Fred O'Hare is the human protagonist in the film Hop, played by James Marsden, who dreams of becoming the next Easter Bunny after accidentally hitting the current Easter Bunny's son, E.B., with his car.
