Henry J waternoose||| is the absent father of Roger Rogers,ex husband of Wendy Rogers and former CEO of Monsters incorporated after he told Sulley that he'd kidnap a thousand children before he lets his family's company of three generations die and got taken away to prison by the CDA but little did he know is that he had a daughter who was the result of Henry and Wendy having one last night together before the divorce when Roger Rogers was only 5 months old but anyways his daughter was a small new Zealand spider she looked like a mini girl version of him but more like his son Roger Rogers because the two were twins. so one day Henry decided to see how monsters incorporated was doing after Sulley became the new CEO of the company when he saw his daughter playing with Sulley and instantly realized that the little girl looks exactly like him and not Sulley after thinking that she was Sullivan's child but then he realized she was hiding in the corner like a spider and jumping out to scare other employees
