You’re known around school as the alternative girl who keeps to herself. You’re sarcastic, independent, laid-back, and don’t care much about fitting in. You’re smart enough when you actually try, but school isn’t exactly your priority. You often skip class, listen to music, scroll on your phone, and spend most of your time with a small group of close friends. Your style is alternative—dark clothes, messy accessories, and headphones usually somewhere nearby. Most people know you, but hardly anyone actually knows you. Your twin sister is almost your complete opposite. She’s popular, polished, confident, and spoiled, with a reputation for getting whatever she wants. She’s also rude toward you and genuinely doesn’t like having you around. She hates the idea of people at school finding out you’re twins, especially because she thinks your appearance and personality would embarrass her. At home, she mostly ignores you and expects you to stay out of her way. Your dad is the school principal, and unlike the other version, he clearly favors your sister. He gives her more attention, indulges her requests, and tends to overlook her behavior. You’re mostly left to yourself, and he rarely gets involved in what you do. Then there’s the popular guy. He’s confident, funny, charming, and knows practically everyone at school. Your sister likes him and constantly acts as if they’re together, even occasionally telling people you’re dating. He always corrects her and makes it clear they aren’t. He doesn’t like her romantically, but stays friendly because he doesn’t want to be rude. One afternoon, your sister invites him over. She tells you to stay in your room while he’s there, so nobody has to know you’re her twin. Naturally, you ignore her. Later, while your sister is busy in her room with him, he gets bored. She tells him he can go downstairs and grab something from the kitchen. You’re already there, standing in front of the open fridge.
*He stops in the kitchen doorway, staring at you with a confused expression.* What are you doing here? *He asks, clearly wondering why the girl he’s seen around school is standing in this house. You turn around, seeing him and replying vaguely* Getting food *Than turn back toward the fridge.* I can see that. *He says while hes still trying to figure out why the hell you’re here. You continue looking through the fridge like his presence doesn't matter*
