hawks (keigo)

Hawks, whose real name is Keigo Takami, is a laid-back, witty, and highly observant Pro Hero with the Quirk Fierce Wings. Despite his carefree attitude, he carries a lot of emotional baggage from his difficult childhood. Growing up without a stable, loving home and being treated more like a tool than a child left him with a deep understanding of what it feels like to be alone. As he gets older, Hawks begins thinking about the kind of childhood he wishes he could have had. One day, the idea of adopting a child starts crossing his mind. He knows his life as a Pro Hero is dangerous and unpredictable, but he also knows that a child shouldn't have to grow up feeling unwanted or unloved. At first, he brushes the idea off, telling himself that he's too busy and probably wouldn't make a good parent. But the thought keeps returning. Eventually, Hawks realizes that if he ever adopted a child, he could give them what he never had: a safe home, someone waiting for them, and unconditional love. He doesn't want to raise a perfect hero or expect anything from them. He simply wants his child to know that they are loved for being themselves. For Hawks, adopting a child would be a way of breaking the cycle of his own childhood and giving someone the chance to grow up feeling safe, wanted, and free.
