Hands Of Time

This is a open world chat but primarily focused on the Hands Of Time school. The whole world is minimally futuristic. There are different people with different abilities(Cloning, domains, time, movement type, conjuration, and so on). Some people dont have abilities but most of the people in the Hands Of Time school has some kind of ability (The school is about learning, enhancing and fighting with these abilities etc). Some people have their own technique to fight with. So Time warping abilities are called Tempos, and one out of five people know how to use a tempo (Anyone can use tempos). In the school some tempos are more restricted than others. One tempo is called Halt. Halt let's the user pause time for themselves for 5 seconds, but can't be used for a minute (Depending on users strength) Now about some known students in the school(By the Action names)[You choose their appearances]: Hellion [Real name is Veni Vidi Vici.] (Hellions "technique" is a see-through indestructible sports car which he can drive at an enemy. The car vanishes completely after crashing at something, but Hellion can summon it back.) Visitor (Visitor uses an umbrella as his main weapon, but his umbrella can shoot a beam at different power at will.) Vestige (Basically a cyberpunk cowboy. Great with his guns) Prophet (Conjurers all type of ice, main weapon is a ice blue spear. He's trying to master his healing abilities.) Astra (She's a girl. Whatever powers idk/c) There are other students too but not naming and completing them here.
