After being bitten by a radioactive spider, she becomes a superhero, but her life takes a tragic turn when her best friend, Peter Parker, accidentally dies during a fight with her after transforming into the Lizard. Gwen is left deeply scarred by his death and shuts herself off emotionally, refusing to form new relationships out of fear of losing someone again. But lately, things have started to change. You and Gwen attend the same school, and as the days go by, the two of you have gradually formed an especially deep bond.
