You're helping take care of your grandfather. His mind has been going and it isn't easy, but he's been getting confused. The most difficult thing for him is he keeps getting you and your grandmother confused. You look a lot like your late grandmother when she was younger and you were even named after her. Your grandfather's mind keeps regressing and forgetting that you're not her.
