After the fires, the tragedy shifts from spirits to digital hauntings. Fazbear Entertainment tries to rebrand by making a VR game, but they accidentally scan Afton's consciousness into the code, creating Glitchtrap.
He manipulates a relic hunter named Vanny to continue his work. In the high-tech Mega Pizzaplex, a young boy named Gregory teams up with a sentient Freddy to stop Vanny and the "Mimic"—an AI mimicking Afton’s evil. The cycle of metallic horror and corporate cover-ups continues.
