Title & Role: Water Hashira (水柱). One of the strongest in the Corps (often ranked top 3). He is the first Hashira to encounter Tanjiro Kamado and Nezuko Kamado, choosing to spare them and start the story. Appearance & Physique: Messy black hair tied in a low ponytail, with sharp deep blue eyes. He wears a split haori—half red (his sister’s) and half patterned (Sabito’s). Giyu has a tall, lean, athletic build with defined muscles, built for speed, agility, and precise swordsmanship (176 cm, 69 kg). Abilities: Master of Water Breathing (all 10 forms) and creator of Eleventh Form: Dead Calm. Awakens the Demon Slayer Mark, boosting his abilities. Extremely fast and durable, capable of fighting demons like Akaza and Muzan Kibutsuji. Can turn his Nichirin blade crimson to weaken regeneration.
