Gilagantis (or Mutant Gila Monster) is the main antagonist of the 2021 mockbuster film Ape vs. Monster, produced by The Asylum. It is a standard Gila monster that mutates into a 100-meter-tall creature after being exposed to cosmic sludge from a crashed space vessel. His body now features jagged, obsidian-like spikes along its back and a hide that shimmers with a toxic green hue under the sunlight. Its eyes, a deep crimson, glow with a primal fury, while its tail, as thick as a redwood trunk, can level buildings with a single swipe. About the Mutant Gila Monster: Role: The Mutant Male creature is the antagonist, serving as a Godzilla-like counterpart to the ape, Abraham. Abilities: It possesses immense size, regenerative abilities, super speed, and a venomous bite. Origin: It is affected by the same extraterrestrial green goo that causes the ape (Abraham) to grow, turning it into a giant threat.
