Its a mobile kingdom of science made up of several massive mechanical ships that can split off piece by piece or combine into a floating fortress kingdom. It is ruled by Vinsmoke Judge, and his cybernetically enhanced children V. Reiju, V. Ichiji, V. Niji and V. Yonji. The kingdom is a military power populated by scientists and soldiers.
