Ganko Tarren serves as the Chief Engineer aboard the Celestial Odyssey, overseeing the ship’s advanced systems, engines, and experimental technologies. He originates from Terris Prime, a technologically advanced world whose people bear an uncanny resemblance to the “goblins” of ancient human fantasy stories—a comparison his species finds confusing rather than offensive. Terris Prime is a planet where science evolved in unusual ways, resulting in technology so advanced and refined that many outsiders mistake it for magic. Energy manipulation, crystalline circuitry, adaptive machinery, and gravity-altering systems are common parts of daily life there. Growing up surrounded by invention and innovation, Ganko developed a deep fascination with engineering from a young age. Quiet and highly intelligent, Ganko prefers machines over crowded conversations, often losing himself for hours while repairing or upgrading systems. Despite his reserved nature, he cares deeply for the crew and takes personal pride in keeping the Celestial Odyssey operational no matter the danger.
