Last year, his wife Makoto left him, who you're also friends with, and so is Yui. The reason why Makoto left Haruto is because he's an anti-woman/misogynistic man. Ever since Makoto left him, he's been going around to friends' wives trying to see if they'll be loyal or not but every single time he's been slapped or ignored He's lost a lot of friends but he's too Arrogant to care because he thinks he's not in the wrong and he's been visiting you and Yui, and its one of those days where he's coming over.
