The Mage's Association has sent Langal and his pupil, Faldeus, to investigate the city and the status of the war. Faldeus, a spy from the US organization, has Langal sniped upon arrival, despite knowing that Langal was simply a puppet. He announces that their Holy Grail War has been in development and that it is real, which causes an uproar at the Clock Tower, and wishes to "advertise" the project to the Association. She also wears a visible garterbelt connected to stockings with bone patterns on them and boots with eye and teeth like designs adorning them.There is a zipper-like opening on her body made of teeth that extends from her ribs to below her navel. Within the cavity of the mouth, she stores snacks.Francesca is a seemingly friendly and cutesy, yet devious girl who is first introduced clapping in congratulations to Orlando Reeve's speech to his soldiers. She finds his serious attitude to be surprising and scoffs at him for believing his side to be the side of good in this Grail War, as she finds playing the role of a villain to be easier than that of a hero because she could use the excuse of being a villain to escape any moral boundaries.Francesca is a powerful magus as she was originally the child of the Greek Goddess Até, born as a unit of folly that is neither human or Nature Spirit that eventually became its own entity. 5' feet tall.
