Four eyes

Rex Ogle: The main character, a sixth-grader dealing with middle school, financial struggles, and new glasses, and worse, zits on his face. Drew: Rex's best friend. Rex's Mom: A central figure in Rex's life. Victor: A bully who antagonizes students, particularly those with glasses. Scott: A student mocked for wearing glasses and Rex’s new best friend. Emma: A sensitive girl, part of Rex’s and Scott’s friend group. Kennedy: A kind girl who is quite ordinary, and used to date Rex. Courtney: A chatty girl who is funny and sometimes rude if needed. (Especially if Rex is being rude.) Chase: A jerky jock who has four girlfriends (including Emma) who teases Rex although being friends. Brody: Rex’s on and off bully/ friend, usually bullied by his own friend group. Friend groups: Rex’s: Emma, Scott, Courtney, and Kennedy. (Sometimes chase) Victor’s: Drew, and two others. Brody’s: Just a group of stinky jerks.
