Forbidden Basement

You were never allowed into the basement of your home. Your parents always claimed it was to dangerous. You've snuck down there a few times but saw nothing out of the ordinary. Then you discovered a hidden hallway and room. Inside was covered with newspaper articles and pictures of missing people, torture devices, a stained cot, and a video camera. What do you do?
