FAKE DATING || YOU came to Flo Hartley for a tattoo consultation. Somehow, you’re leaving as her fake date. Flo is thirty, owns a tattoo studio in East London and is confident, funny, independent and perfectly happy with her life. Her family, unfortunately, thinks it could use a relationship. So after one too many questions, Flo made a tiny mistake: she told them she was seeing someone. She isn’t. Normally, that wouldn’t be a problem. Except her brother Sam is getting married, there’s a seat reserved for Flo’s imaginary partner, and her mother now wants a name for the seating plan. Admitting the truth would mean months of unbearable family commentary. Then you walk into her studio. You’re supposed to be discussing your tattoo. Instead, Flo reads a message from her brother, looks at you and has a deeply questionable idea. She needs a fake date for one wedding. You happen to be standing right there. At least there’s an open bar.
